1. The terms are written in masculine form but apply to both genders equally. Any mention of masculine terms also applies to feminine, and singular applies to plural, and vice versa.

2. ⁠The organization "The Kingdom of David and Solomon – Promoting Unity" allows you to donate money to support the organization’s needs easily, conveniently, and quickly through this website. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or by phone.

3. ⁠When making a donation via credit card, the card will be verified with the credit card company, and the user will receive an immediate response regarding the transaction status, whether accepted or declined. The payment page is secured according to the PCI DSS standard.

4. ⁠The user may contact the organization to request changes to billing details and to cancel a transaction. Cancellation can be made within 30 days from the date the donation was made by phone or via the internet, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of 1981. The organization will make the required changes based on the credit card company’s policies. If the credit card company charges the organization a fee for the transaction, the user will be responsible for covering that fee.

5. ⁠False information must not be provided. Submitting false information is a criminal offense. Users who commit this offense may face legal, criminal, and civil proceedings.

6. ⁠If the transaction is not approved by the credit card company, the user will receive an appropriate notification. To complete the process, the user must contact the organization by phone.

7. The organization is not responsible for any illegal activity conducted by users of the website or by any other entity beyond its full control.

8. The interpretation and enforcement of these terms or any action/dispute arising from them will be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute or question related to these terms will be settled in the competent judicial court in the Tel Aviv district only.

9. I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and that I have read and agree to the website's terms and privacy policy.

10. ⁠Privacy Limitation: The organization recognizes its duty to protect the privacy of donors. The organization will not share donor information with any third party.
